The HARTRAMPF Historic Preservation Department works closely with our Architecture and Engineering departments. Our experience extends to both the public and private sectors, including projects with the National Park Service Southeast Regional Office and the Denver Service Center. Through comprehensive services, including historic preservation planning, research, documentation, technical assessments, and recommendations for treatment, our professionals provide consistent, quality products that are tailored to meet the unique and specific needs of historic resources. From community preservation plans and design guidelines to individual historic structure reports and restoration/rehabilitation construction documents, our preservation professionals work closely with the other disciplines to ensure that our recommendations respect the historic character, context, and significance of the subject resources while providing for their continued use. To this end, we provide personal and effective project management to meet the needs of our clients, complete projects on time and within budget, and contribute to the preservation of the built environment.
All of our historic preservation work meets the Secretary of the Interior's Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties. We are also conversant with the Secretary's Standards and Guidelines for Architectural and Engineering Documentation: HABS/HAER Standards, including those prescribed for CAD documentation.
