Various Value Analysis Studies

Robert A. Bass, PE, President of HARTRAMPF, Inc. has completed the 24-hour course in Value Engineering presented by the National Park Service (NPS) for Facility Design Engineers and has facilitated many independent Value Analysis Studies for the NPS. The HARTRAMPF team’s experience with Value Analysis Studies assure that the costs involved in the project meet the client’s needs and are not part of a wish list that cannot be justified by the cost.
